Stripe MCP: ask your Stripe account questions from Claude or ChatGPT
Lodestone is a Stripe MCP server that lets Claude or ChatGPT answer questions about your own Stripe account: monthly recurring revenue, churn, failed payments, and any customer, charge, invoice or subscription. It runs on Stripe's official MCP server with a restricted key you create, so read-only stays read-only.
Free. No card, no password. We email you a link that sets up your account.
What Claude and ChatGPT can do with it
- Summarise MRR and ARR, your largest plans, and recent churn and lost MRR.
- List failed payments with their decline reasons.
- Read any customer, charge, invoice, subscription or product through Stripe's API.
- Make changes only if your key allows writes and you confirm each one.
Try it
Prompt to try:
What was my MRR at the end of last month, how much did churn cost me, and which customers had failed payments this week?
Stripe uses your own account, so there is no recorded demo on this page.
Set up in one link
Connect Lodestone, then create a restricted Stripe key for AI agents (read-only by default) and add it once in the dashboard.
- Sign in with your email above. There is no password; you get a link, and your dashboard shows your connector link.
- In Claude: Customize, Connectors, Add, Add custom connector, then paste the link. In ChatGPT: turn on Developer Mode and add a connector with the link.
- Ask your question in a normal chat.
Questions
Is there a Stripe MCP for Claude and ChatGPT?
Yes. Stripe runs an official MCP server, and Lodestone connects it to Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants from one link, alongside the rest of your tools, with summaries for MRR, churn and failed payments on top.
Can it move money?
Only if you give the key write access and confirm each change. Refunds and other money movements also need Stripe's own confirmation.
Does it cost anything?
Lodestone is free. Stripe's fees are unchanged.
