Lodestone is run by Studio Corsair LLC. A person reads every message; there is no ticket queue and no chatbot in front of it.
Support, bug reports, data deletion requests and partnership questions all go to jordan@alastor.space. Include the email address you signed in with if the question is about your account, so it can be found without back-and-forth.
Community
The Lodestone community group on Telegram is where new integrations are announced and where users compare notes on which AI clients work best: join the group.
Before you write
Most setup questions are answered in the documentation: how to add the connector to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor and other MCP clients, what each of the tools does, how sign-in and OAuth work, and which integrations need your own keys. If a tool returns an error that names a setup page, that page is the fastest fix.
