Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-27
These terms govern your use of Lodestone at lodestone.studiocorsair.com (the "service"). Lodestone is a service provided by Studio Corsair LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, don't use the service.
What Lodestone is
Lodestone lets your AI assistant connect to third-party services and websites through tools you enable. You choose which integrations to turn on, and in many cases you connect them using your own API keys.
Your responsibilities
- Your API keys. You are responsible for any API keys you add, for keeping them valid, and for any usage, charges, or limits on the accounts they belong to.
- What your AI does. You are responsible for everything your AI does through connected accounts — including, for example, Meta ad spend, sending messages, and posting content. Actions taken through your connected accounts are your actions.
- Compliance. You are responsible for complying with the terms of each third-party service you connect, and with all applicable laws.
No liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Corsair LLC takes no responsibility and accepts no liability for your use of the service or for any outcome of it — including any loss, damage, cost, charge, or harm arising from actions your AI takes through connected accounts, from ad spend, from messages or posts sent, or from data shared with third parties.
No guarantees, no uptime SLA
The service and its integrations are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that any integration or connection will work, will keep working, or will be available at any given time. There is no uptime SLA. Integrations can break, degrade, or change — and third-party providers can change or remove their own APIs — at any time and without notice.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to violate the terms of a connected third-party service, to send spam or abusive content, to gain unauthorized access to any system, or to disrupt or overload the service or others. We may suspend or terminate access that we believe is being abused or is causing harm, at our discretion.
"As is"
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nevada, and you consent to venue there.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
